best bang for your buck would be to get a prop that runs around 4500 rpm at wot, trimed for top mph and have it labbed that could gain you around 2-3 mph. most 7.4 mpi's can turn a 23" prop to around 4600 rpms but a 25" could be to big try a few props to see what works the best(3 and 4 blades) and talk to other guys with your same set up
